PERSONALITY TRAITS: Daisy is pretty shy, but she enjoys the company of her human companions, and wrestling/playing with her sibling. She is slowly coming out of her shell with some patience, love and consistency.
LIKES: Cuddling during wind down time on the couch, using the doggie door to run and play in a secure backyard with her brother. She likes to chew on her rope toys/bones and take naps. She’s starting to enjoy going on walks but was very timid with this at first.
DISLIKES: Loud, sudden noises. Cars driving by on walks
POTTY TRAINING STATUS: Work in progress. She has been using potty pads, and her fosters have been working on training her to use a dog door.
CRATE TRAINING STATUS: Sleeps in an open crate with her brother, in a pen with access to potty pads. She sleeps through the night but will whine/bark if she hears noises from the other room. She wants to be with her people 🙂
EXTRAS/MISC.: Daisy would be happy in a home with a secure backyard, and with another dog similar in size and energy level to play with. She is untested with children, cats or other pets. Daisy is affectionate and enjoys cuddles/loves/praise from people she’s close to. She’s gaining confidence on the leash and wearing her harness for walks.
