🎖️ MAJOR (m)🎖️

Poodle cross

2 years old

50 lbs.

PERSONALITY: Major is an energetic and loving dog with a little bit of anxiety. He loves to snuggle his foster mom and really enjoys walks. He would love to have a playmate to do zoomies and play with, too.

LIKES: Snuggling his human on the couch, long walks, playing with other dogs, chewing bones, and toys

DISLIKES: Fireworks, loud noises/gunshots, and strangers petting him from above.

CRATE TRAINING: Goes in and stays without complaints.

POTTY TRAINING: He is potty trained and whines by the door when he needs to go outside.

OTHER/MISC: Major is great on leash and will be a great companion for daily walks. At two years old he has plenty of energy to spare, and we think he will find success in a home with another playful (but not overly dominant) dog. He loves the cats in his foster home and has done well with children visiting who visit. He will make a great family dog for any active family. He needs a big yard to play in, as off-leash zoomie time is going to help get more of his energy out.

When people meet MAJOR, it works best to sit down and give him pets under his chin. He has a specific anxiety to people hovering over him, trying to pet him on the head - it makes him want to run away.
