AGE: 12 weeks

WEIGHT: 10 pounds

LIKES: Lots of cuddles and love and playing with her brother.

DISLIKES: She does not like to share her food. Will growl at her brother. This is a behavior that can be worked on with training.

PERSONALITY TRAITS: She is a little shy, will come to you on her terms. She loves to cuddle. She is not a jumper so she cannot get up on couches or beds, she needs assistance. She is quiet but will bark when playing. Very easy to keep pleased.

POTTY TRAINING STATUS: Makai is potty pad trained and has started using the dog door in her foster home. She will wake up between 3am and 5am to be let out to potty.

CRATE TRAINING STATUS: Sleeps in a crate with her brother. She can be trusted for short durations in the home but is crated when unsupervised for an hour or more.

EXTRAS/MISC.: She is absolutely the sweetest girl. She will make a great addition to any household, and with regular walks she will be a happy girl, once she’s fully vaccinated. She is good around babies, kids, dogs, and cats. She will just keep to herself and come to people when she wants something, which are usually cuddles.

Our process is NOT a “first come, first served” process. (We DO NOT hold pets for later consideration.) Our team carefully reviews and interviews applicants for the best possible fit for each adoptable pet, and potential family.

Adoption fee is $600.00.

Adoption fees help cover the costs of Transport, Distemper/Parvo Boosters, Rabies vaccine, Microchip, and Spay/Neuters. You will also receive a PetSmart coupon sheet worth hundreds of dollars of savings including a FREE bag of food.

PLEASE NOTE:

Filling out an application in no way guarantees you a dog OR a response email if you aren't chosen to adopt the dog you've applied for as we receive hundreds of applications and will choose the best home for the dog.
