🐅 HOBBES 🐅

8 weeks, male, 7 lbs

Shepherd mix

PERSONALITY TRAITS: HOBBES is a silly and playful little puppy. He loves being outside, exploring the farm he is fostered on. He has a fleece coat to keep him warm outdoors and has learned to bring it to his foster family when he wants to go outside.

LIKES: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, treats, snacks, cardboard boxes, balls, people (especially kids), and wrestling with his brother.

DISLIKES: Large flocks of turkeys, having his muddy paws cleaned, and the blender. Otherwise, HOBBES is very well adjusted and easy to please.

POTTY TRAINING STATUS: HOBBES is still very young, but potty training is beginning. He successfully uses potty pads while indoors and is becoming increasingly more confident in waiting to potty outside when taken out often.

CRATE TRAINING STATUS: HOBBES sleeps and spends home alone time in an open crate inside a puppy pen with his brother. Early crate training has gone well and HOBBES is used to having brief bits of time closed in the crate, with treats as a positive reward.

EXTRAS/MISC.: HOBBES is so entertaining to watch. He chases his own tail, chases his brother’s tail, chases bugs, and gets a few feet closer every day to meeting the goats that live on the farm. His confidence is growing and he loves games and treat puzzles to satisfy his big, busy brain.
